1. Agreement to Terms

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

All products are subject to availability. As our food is locally sourced and seasonal, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
4. Purchases and Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@hotshotfoods.com, and we will assess refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Illinois. Hot Shot Foods and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
